  5. How can I tell if I'm already in the database?
  6. The best way is to "begin" a registration. If there is already a record with your name, it will be displayed. You will have the option of logging in with your Code and Password, or requesting a Password if you don't have one. You can then review and update your record.

Please Note: Every time a file is updated, it must be reviewed by administrative staff before it is released. This may take 10 - 14 days.

  13. I don't have digital images/sound files/movie files etc. What can I do?
  14. Providing media files is the responsibility of the artists. Ask your peers for assistance, or consider a membership in related organizations to develop the skills required to produce these files.

If you have images on printed media such as photographs, you can send them in to be scanned but note that the quality may not be as good as desired.
